But I actually do care because all that fun in the water and sun can play havoc with my hair and somedays my skin just needs a little After Sun Care!
I’d thought I’d share with you a couple of recipes I use with doTERRA Essential Oils to help my boat/sun hair and a simple but effective After Sun Care Spray. Let’s do a little Summer DIY Self-care!

SUMMER HAIR
Here is a great graphic of 11 great essential oils for your hair. My favorite is ROSEMARY!
For an after sun leave in hair spray take 1 pump of the doTERRA conditioner with three drop each of Rosemary, Lavender and Cedarwood in a glass spray bottle topped off with filtered water! Spray and massage into clean hair!
